Welcome to the Ohio Gravestone Photo Project!
The mission of this project is to capture digital images of gravestones of our ancestors. As decades pass-- many stones in Ohio cemeteries are becoming harder, if not impossible, to read the inscriptions they originally contained.
By archiving the images, we can help save these important cemetery records and also assist researchers using this valuable resource.
Please note we do not have access to any records for the cemeteries on this site nor do we have a connection to the cemetery. For individual questions regarding burial plots or who is buried in a particular cemetery you will need to contact that cemetery directly.
