Amity Cemetery is located on the east side of Gilchrist Road, just south of OH-3, in Amity, Ohio (Pike Township, Knox County). The coordinates are 40° 28' 18" N, 82° 22' 27" W.
Amity Cemetery is still active, the oldest sections of the cemetery are located on the north side. The cemetery is extremely well taken care of, there are very few broken gravestones.
Amity Cemetery is the final resting place of Paul Lynde, actor and host of the game show Hollywood Squares from 1968-1979. He died in Beverly Hills, California, but he was buried next to his parents at this cemetery.
