Guy was born 30 Oct 1895 in Gallia Co., OH and died 12 May 1926. He was the son of Francis Marian and Sarah Miranda (Broyles) Lanthorn. He married Mary Hamilton 29 Oct 1921 in Gallia Co., OH. He nephew states he died in an accident while tending the locks on the Kanawha River where it empties into the Ohio River at Point Pleasant, WV.
