While the birthdate is provided as 1880, the records for this burial indicate a birthdate of about June 1890. The burial record of Calvary states this is an infant of 3 months, 29 days of age and the burial record through St. Anthony's parish dated 18 October 1890 states the infant was the child of Simonis and Elizabeta Zielinski, age 4 months.
