Rachel was born 8 Feb 1784 in Bedford Co., VA and died 11 Sep 1852 in Gallia Co., OH. She was the daughter of Walter Sr. and Winifred (Wood) Neal. She married Thomas Wray on 26 Sep 1802 in Monroe Co., VA (now WV).
