Death certificate states date of birth as December, 1812 and age at death as 98. St. Adalbert's parish burial record also indicates age at death as 98. Date of death 5 September 1910. (Note: There was a period within the Roman Catholic church that priests may have indicated months with Roman numerals, some of this is due to the avoidance of the use of the names of Roman or Greek gods that are used to name the months of the year in English and Latin, although the burial through St. Adalbert's parish is not recorded as such.)
