Laurel (Hank) Barger, 83, St. Paris, died Thursday, Oct 1, 1998, at 8:10 pm in the McAuley Center
Mr. Barger was born Champaign County to James I and Ida Mae (Gumpert) Barger. He was a retired farmer.
He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Hela (Breuer) Barger, St. Paris; sons James (Michelle) Barger and Tim (Colleen)Barger, all of St. Paris; grandchildren Jeremy and Teryan Barger, Sydney and Courtney Barger; brother, Richard Barger, St. Paris: sisters, Asenath Erwin and Betty (Riley) Roush, all of Urbana and Alice (Max) Skidmore, Lakeland, FL.
He was preceded in death by his parent and his brothers, Glendon, Millard and Howard Barger. He was a member of Moose Loge No. 1215.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 10:30 Am. with the Rev. James Cope officiating. Burial will be in Spring Grove Cemetery, St. Paris
