Benjamin Yeauger, son of Samuel Benjamin Yeauger, was born on 12 December 1818 in Fayette County, Pennsylvania. Benjamin married Mahala Jones on 21 September 1845 in Meigs County, Ohio. He also married Sarah Fidilla Roush on 21 February 1891 after Mahala died. Benjamin died on 25 March 1900 in Cheshire Township, Gallia County, Ohio and is buried next to both of his wives in Gravel Hill Cemetery. Benjamin was a Civil War Veteran in Company G; Unit 116; Ohio Infantry; Union Allegiance.
