The limestone marker engraved: "DAVID BACHTEL Died Sept 22 1838. Lived 40yr 3m 3d".
The gravesite is located in the northern most section of Melscheimer cemetery, running E-W along Melscheimer road. GPS Cords: 40d 43' 13.25" N, 81d 22' 22" W
