David Altman was born abt. 1826 to Hannah Searfoss Altman and Adam Altman. He married Elizabeth Carr 23 Nov 1847 in Hancock Co. He died Mar 1850 in Hancock Co. of Typhoid Fever, leaving behind one son, Simon.
