Richard Robert JACKS b. 9 Aug 1899 in Milton, WV. d. 20 Nov.1968 at the age of 69 years 3 months 11 days. He died while ground hog hunting on his farm on Jacks Road, Rutland Twp., Meigs Co., Ohio.
