Tu Spo Mij Muz
Fesko Platko
1889 - 1918

Grave: 413, Lot: 4, Section: 30

Per Calvary records, the name of the person was listed as Frank Plotek. The actual name may be Płatko (note not L but Ł) and after some research with a Polish genealogy group, learned that the name may be Rusyn. The translation of the epithet "Tu Spo Mij Muz" is: "Here rests my husband." Note that it is a bit different from the Polish, which might say "Tu Spo Drogi Maz" (Here is my dear husband).

Fesko died during the 1918 influenza outbreak in Toledo. Identified him via burial logs, there were a number of persons who died the same week and buried the same week from Hudson Street in Toledo. Per his death records, was married to a woman named Mary.
