Stone is very worn and somewhat covered with moss or lichens. Agnieszka died the day following childbirth on 20 April 1917. Was the wife of Antoni Bartnikowski. Gave birth to stillborn son on 19 April 1917. The family resided on Brown Ave. Per St. Stanislaus Parish death records, Agnieszka was 22 at time of death.
