Heimer--Patricia R Heimer, aged 54, of Troy, died Monday, March 20, 2000 in Dayton Hospice Care Center. She was born in Grand Rapids on December 13, 1945 to James VanderWeele and Marion Hinman VanderWeele Frantum. She married Kenneth Heimer on June 26, 1965 in Grand Rapids and he survives. Other survivors include a son, Josep Heimer of Dayton; two daughters, Mrs. Jay (Katherine) Doyle of South Elgin, IL., Mrs. Troy (Susan) Haggard of Grand Rapids;three grandchildren; a brother Donald VanderWeele of Grand Rapids; a sister, Mrs. Tom (Catherine) Meinardi of South Carolina; and mother, Marion Hinman VanderWeele Frantum. She was preceded in death by her father, James VanderWeele. Mrs. Heimer was a 1964 graduate of Godwin High School of Wyoming. She was a homemaker and a foster parent of six children. A Funeral Service will be conducted on Friday, March 24, 2000 at 11 AM in the Temple Anshe Emeth with the Rabbi Audrey Korotkin officiating. Burial in Cedar Hill Cemetery Funeral arrangements by the Jamieson & Yannucci Funeral Home.
